"Nice bag, but the colors threw me off"
Okay, so the bag is actually cute and seems well made, but the colors were not quite what I thought I was getting from the photos. I know handmade items can have little differences, and I wasn’t expecting some machine-perfect match or anything, but I still had a tiny dramatic moment when I opened it because the shade felt noticeably different. Shipping was totally fine and the quality seems okay, I just really wish the pictures showed the true color better before I bought it.

"Shipping was just too much"
I found a couple things I actually liked on the site, the shipping cost made me back out before ordering. It just felt way too high for what I was getting. The products might be great, but that extra charge kind of ruined the whole thing for me.

"I really like the overall style of..."
I really like the overall style of Nena & Co. The items I got feel well made, and the designs are without looking like every other bag you see everywhere. They have a unique look, if that makes sense, and that’s what drew me in.
That said, the pricing feels a bit high to me. Some pieces seem marked up more than I’d expect for what they are, and even the sales don’t always make them feel like a great deal. I’d probably buy again, but more as an occasional treat or if there was a really good discount.

I ended up returning a bag because the color just wasn’t really me—or, actually, it was pretty, just not something I’d use much. I was expecting the return process on nenaandco.com to be a hassle, but it was really simple.
Customer service sent me clear instructions, and my refund showed up faster than I thought it would. No annoying back and forth or anything like that. I’d definitely feel good ordering from them again.

"Box arrived in rough shape"
I was looking forward to getting this, but the box showed up crushed and actually open—like, I’m not even sure how it made it here that way. Disappointing packaging.

"Nice leather, but I'm a bit torn"
The leather does feel really sturdy and well-made, which I like a lot. I’m just not completely sure yet how it’ll hold up with regular use, so I’ve got mixed feelings for now. Overall though, it definitely seems like good quality.

"Solid bag, really nicely made"
I’ve been really happy with this bag. The stitching feels strong, and you can tell there’s some real care in the handmade details. It just has that well-made feel right away.

"Nice bag, but felt a little overlooked"
I bought a bag from Nena & Co the quality is really nice. The stitching feels sturdy and the fabric is even prettier in person than I expected. It is a bit pricey for me, though. I also felt kind of ignored when I had a question, which was disappointing after spending that much. The bag itself is holding up well so far, but I’m taking off a star for the price and the overall experience.

"Refund showed up way faster than I expected"
I had to return my order and thought the refund was going to take ages, but then it showed up really quickly, which kind of confused me in a good way. I kept checking like, wait, is that already done? Customer service made the whole thing simple too, and I didn’t have to chase anyone around. Happy with how painless it ended up being.

"Still comfy even when I overdo it"
I’ve been carrying my Nena & Co bag pretty much every day, i’m impressed. I’m definitely the problem because I keep stuffing way too much into it, but the strap still doesn’t dig in or get annoying. It’s been really comfy to carry around, even when it’s packed full. Super happy with it.

"I really like the whole mission..."
I really like the whole mission behind this brand, especially supporting artisans and using vintage textiles. The bag itself is cute and definitely has character, but it took a while to arrive and the price felt a little steep for what I got. I’m glad I tried it, though I’m not sure I’d rush to buy another one, unless maybe...

"I really wanted to like this bag..."
I really wanted to like this bag because it looked so cute in the photos, but actually using it every day was kind of annoying.

The opening is just too small, so I was constantly digging around trying to find my wallet or keys, and things would get stuck more often than I expected. The strap also started feeling uncomfortable quickly, even when I wasn’t carrying much.

For the price, I expected it to be more practical. It looks nice, but I don’t feel like I got enough use or comfort out of it to justify what I paid.

My bag showed up later than expected, which was annoying at the time. i’m already kind of forgetting the delay because support got back to me quickly and sorted it out without much hassle

"Great bag, just caught them at a bad time"
I really like the bag I ordered, so no complaints there. The only thing was that customer service took a little longer than I expected to get back to me about shipping. When they did reply, they were friendly and helpful, so I’m guessing I just contacted them at a bad time. Overall it was fine, but a quicker response would’ve made the experience better.

"I just received my Nena & Co bag..."
I just received my Nena & Co bag the fabric is what stood out to me right away. It doesn’t feel like some flat, cheap print at all, it has actual texture and little variations that make it feel really authentic and kind of special.
Maybe I’m extra excited because it’s still new, but it looks even better in person than it did in the photos. I’ve been using it nonstop since it arrived and I’m really happy with it. I’d definitely order again...
